Atย Triple Diamond Collectibles, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products โ€” limited editions, collectibles, pre-orders, specialty merchandise, and items with fluctuating market value โ€” we enforce a strict No Returns, No Refunds Policy.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Duplicate orders

  • Buyerโ€™s remorse

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Items no longer wanted

  • Pre-order wait times

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


โŒ No Refunds Issued

All purchases are non-refundable, including:

  • In-stock items

  • Pre-orders

  • Limited-edition items

  • Sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Special releases

  • Mystery boxes

Once payment is completed, your order is final.

We do not issue refunds for manufacturer packaging imperfections or normal shelf wear.

Triple Diamond Collectibles is NOT responsible for any damage caused during shipping or delivery.

Once your order leaves our facility and is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over the package.

This means:

  • Damage caused by the postal service

  • Boxes that arrive dented, creased, crushed, or bent

  • Broken, scratched, or damaged items caused during transit

  • Wet or weather-damaged packages

  • Delayed delivery

  • Misdelivery by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked โ€œDeliveredโ€

  • Any carrier mishandling

โŒ No replacements or refunds will be provided for mail damage.

Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or On Route Protection if chosen when purchasing.
They are the only party responsible for:

  • Investigating damage

  • Approving compensation

  • Issuing reimbursement

Release dates may change based on manufacturer or distributor delays. By purchasing a pre-order, you agree to wait until the product arrives.


โš ๏ธ Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

Attempting to bypass this policy through a bank dispute or chargeback is considered fraudulent activity.

We provide your bank with:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Proof of purchase

  • This published policy

  • All communication records

Customers who file invalid disputes will be permanently banned from future purchases.
