3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province, territory or state, to buy spots in our Breaks, place an order or create an account.

4. About our Breaks

  • When you buy a spot, you are purchasing the trading cards assigned to that spot from sealed product opened live on stream.
  • Cards are assigned at random during the live Break. We do not guarantee any specific card, player, hit or value.
  • All product is factory sealed and opened on camera, and every randomization is shown live.
  • Cards have no guaranteed cash value, and spots cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Spots are final once a Break has started. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Trademarks and affiliation

Triple Diamond Collectibles is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NHL, NHLPA, NFL, MLB, NBA, Upper Deck, Panini, Topps, Funko, or any league, team, player or manufacturer. All trademarks, logos and player names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

6. Intellectual property

All original content on this website and our streams, including our logo, graphics, text, photos and videos of our Breaks, belongs to Triple Diamond Collectors Inc.. It may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

7. Personal information

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, including Break schedules, product availability and prices, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors. We are not responsible for interruptions to live streams caused by third-party platforms or internet outages. Nothing in this notice limits your rights under consumer protection law.

This website contains links to third-party websites and social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
