At Triple Diamond Collectibles, all orders are final once they are placed. Because many of our products are limited-edition, pre-orders, specialty items, and collectibles with fluctuating market values, we maintain a strict No Cancellation Policy.

🔒 No Cancellations Accepted — Zero Exceptions

Once an order is submitted and payment is processed:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Orders cannot be modified

  • Items cannot be removed

  • Payment methods cannot be changed

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

🛒 Pre-Order Policy

All pre-orders are final sale.

  • No cancellations

  • No refund requests

  • Delivery dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may change

By purchasing a pre-order, you agree to wait for the product’s official release and arrival.

💳 Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback to bypass this policy is considered a violation of our terms.

If a customer files a chargeback:

  • The order, proof of shipment, and our policies will be submitted to the bank.

  • Customers who file fraudulent disputes will be banned from future purchases.

✔ If an Item Is Sold Out / Unavailable (Rare Cases)

The only time we may cancel an order ourselves is if:

  • The product arrives damaged from the supplier

  • We received incorrect inventory

  • A pre-order is cancelled by the manufacturer

In these rare situations, we will issue a full refund or offer store credit.
